Your Job
As a member of Remarcable’s Supplier Integration team, you will work directly with our clients (electrical contractors) and their suppliers, to help integrate and onboard the suppliers onto Remarcable, by connecting their various systems together via digital integrations. You’ll conduct demonstrations, training sessions and regular check-ins for them. You will also work closely with employees in other departments to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Each SISM is assigned a group of specific clients, and they become the main point of contact for these clients with Remarcable for supplier integrations. SISMs take responsibility for the success of their clients’ experience with the platform, building close relationships with the businesses as they transition from sales prospects to lifelong customers. Reporting directly to the VP Supplier Integration & Support, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing startup and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for integrating Remarcable with various suppliers via electronic integration to ensure the smooth flow of data. What that means is:
- Determine the best method of integration for each supplier
- Work with suppliers’ integration team to establish the connection and correct mapping
- Test the integrations prior to ‘going live’
- Monitoring these deployments to ensure they are meeting our clients’ needs
- Providing training to suppliers on how to use Remarcable to process our clients’ quotations and purchase orders
- Planning implementation strategies and methods to meet our clients’ timelines
- Creating/editing technical documentation that our suppliers use to set up the integrations on their systems
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate believes in the power of SaaS to make people’s lives easier and is dependable, punctual, and highly organized. They are able to master a new software application quickly and have experience administrating a software solution or working within an ERP system. They know electrical or contracting terms and the purchasing workflow, due to their experience in the electrical distribution industry or from selling to contractors. They also have experience managing projects and are the person others go to for advice on technical matters.
Specifically, this job is right for you if you have:
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- The ability to learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness with phone/tablet/computer hardware and operating systems
- A strong knowledge of basic business applications like Outlook, Excel, Notes, Keynote, etc
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
- Proven presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
- A client service mentalit
- The adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
- A sense of ownership in the work that you do
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional position
It would also be nice if you had:
- Experience in the electrical construction or distribution industries
- Experience with the electronic integration between different software/database systems - EDI (electronic data interchange), API (application programming interface), Punchout, etc
- BA/BS degree preferred

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.
