Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition in the B2B sector, with a specific emphasis on targeting electrical contractors.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will actively engage with potential clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the Remarcable platform
  • Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities to fuel Remarcable’s growth
  • Work with sales management to develop sales plans, targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to create opportunities for new business
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Conduct daily activities, including pre-call research and planning, high volume outreach, follow-ups with previous contacts (nurturing leads), and maintaining CRM records
  • Engage electrical industry professionals through phone, email, events and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities that can solve them
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and drive lead-generation activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Attend industry events to network, prospect, and build relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

  • Be technologically savvy, with a good understanding of SAAS solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Apple, CRM, and sales software
  • Preferably have a degree (or significant training) in sales and/or marketing
  • Preferably have had experience in distribution or supply chain environments
  • Ideally have worked in the electrical or construction industry

Salary Range Disclaimer

The salary range displayed represents the base salary for this role and does not include potential sales commissions. Our commission schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual salaries will depend on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total employee compensation package which may include PTO, Medical, and other benefits.
 
Please note: This position is NOT 100% remote. Travel will be required 20% of the time to attend trade shows and industry events and meet prospective clients. While the normal work week is Mon-Fri, due to the nature of trade shows, some travel may occur on weekends.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
