Overview
Remarcable is looking for a hands-on, collaborative, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to assist with a variety of marketing activities. Responsibilities will include development of qualification, proposal and presentation materials; technical writing; graphic design; event planning; and database management. This position will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support the development of client relationships and competitive procurement of major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive informed decision-making and continuously optimize marketing efforts
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Produce engaging marketing collateral, such as website content, blog articles, white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Help build brand awareness through tactics that take into account Remarcable’s current footprint and expansion plans
- Assist with the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, trade shows, and events
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, supporting lead generation and nurturing activities
- Maintains CRM database including maintenance and data integrity of opportunities, projects, employees, clients, text library, project references and contacts along with mailing and special events information
- Conducts CRM database searches and reporting (monthly status reports, resume and project updaters, project set-up, marketing opportunities and others).
- Coordinates events including trade shows/conferences, client appreciation events, golf tournaments and community service projects.
- Develops posts for social media outlets and writes stories for company Intranet site.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Graphic Design or a related field required.
- Proven work experience (or educational equivalent) as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience, or equivalent education in content creation, such as writing, editing, and designing marketing collateral
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance
- A passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Willing to travel monthly, up to 3 days a week.

Job Details
- Full-Time
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability coverage, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with a company match
- PTO: Two weeks a year to start
- Travel: This position is NOT 100% remote. Travel will be required 20% of the time to attend trade shows and industry events. While the normal work week is Mon-Fri, due to the nature of trade shows, this travel may occur on weekends.
