Overview
Remarcable is the all-in-one platform helping contractors build smarter — connecting procurement, tool management, prefab, and inventory into one powerful system. As we expand across North America, we’re looking for a hands-on, energized Marketing Coordinator to drive our event and field marketing engine.
This is a high-impact, high-growth role—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves rolling up their sleeves, and is eager to travel. You’ll support social media, brand presence, CRM campaign execution, and take the lead on organizing and executing trade shows and industry association events nationwide.
You will:
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution for tradeshows, regional chapter events, and customer conferences
- Manage event materials—including shipping, booth visuals, setup, teardown, and on-site support
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to create pre- and post-show campaigns and drive lead engagement
- Track event ROI by measuring engagement, lead conversion, and campaign performance
- Build prospecting lists and campaigns tied to each event or market region
- Assist in CRM data management, campaign execution, and lead nurturing flows
- Maintain brand consistency across social media, email, and partner promotions
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align messaging and optimize booth experience
- Represent Remarcable on the road as a confident brand ambassador
- Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for marketing initiatives
You bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage logistics for multiple events
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%) and work flexible hours during event periods
- Comfort working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and social media platforms
- A passion for the trades, construction, or SaaS is a huge plus
- Creative problem-solver mindset and a bias for action
- Excellent communication and attention to detail

Job Details
- Full-Time
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability coverage, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with a company match
- PTO: Two weeks a year to start
- Travel: This position is NOT 100% remote. Travel will be required 20% of the time to attend trade shows and industry events. While the normal work week is Mon-Fri, due to the nature of trade shows, this travel may occur on weekends.
