Overview
Remarcable's Technical Support Specialist assists and communicates directly with both internal and external users by identifying, advising and resolving issues related to the Remarcable platform. Monitoring submitted tickets with a timely, professional and accurate response. They also assist in setting up the data flow systems and monitor the daily information flow, alerting the team of any issues and working to resolve the same. They also play a role in creating explanatory documentation for client users and helping to propose IT solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level I Support to the internal and external users
• Lead/Participate in company-wide Special Projects
• Responsible for vetting and making changes to Company Settings in Admin
• Interact and coordinate with clients’ IT personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Gain an understanding of Remarcable processes to assist in clients unique integrations and support
• Create/edit technical documentation for the use of clients
Who You Are
• Excellent and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in ticketing system monitoring and response
• Ability to learn new systems quickly – is “tech savvy”
• Looking to broaden your horizons in the technology industry
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in the construction or distribution industries would be an asset
• An inherent curiosity with the desire to dig deep to solve complex problems
• A client service mentality, with the adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
• A sense of ownership in the work that you do. Strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related IT degree

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.
