Overview
The Catalog Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and maintenance of product catalogs to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Technical Support, and Supplier Support, to address both the organization's and its customers' needs effectively.

The Catalog Manager plays a critical role in managing product data, including descriptions, pricing, images, and additional relevant information. They ensure the accurate representation of products across various catalogs and sales channels. Moreover, they track and analyze product performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize product offerings.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Review construction material catalog to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, including product descriptions, datasheet, and images.
  • Create product cross reference on similar products
  • Perform data entry on all urgent product requests
  • Engage with manufacturers and distributors to make sure the information on Remarcable is up-to-date
  • Review and improve distributor product offering on Remarcable
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of work experience at a construction distributor or contractor company with extensive knowledge about construction material
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly – is “tech savvy”
  • Excellent and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Looking to broaden your horizons in the technology industry
  • A client service mentality, with the adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
  • A sense of ownership in the work that you do. Strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
